Reconfiguration and refurbishment of three existing cinemas into nine smaller cinemas within old building.
Air conditioning comprised split ducted systems. Outdoor air was pre-treated by Climate Wizard units all controlled by new BMS system. A ‘shotgun’ project requiring completion within 2 months and super quick resolution of many unknowns that arose once the building was opened up.
