Climat Commercial comprises 12 office staff and 25 field personnel.
The staff includes three qualified and experienced mechanical engineers. These engineers are tasked with conceptualisation, design, reviews, detailed engineering, coordination and assistance with any issues.
BIM modelling and coordination are generally undertaken in house with own modellers and draftsmen. This ensures the highest level of detailing, cooperation and ownership during the critical phase of the project.
Our project teams and field personnel have a critical focus to provide unparalleled operational performance through well drilled processes, forward thinking, rapid resolution of any issues and delivery of all facets of each project on or before agreed deadlines.
Upon completion, Climat Commercial closes out each project using dedicated commissioning personnel supported by internal engineers. This team is lead by a NEBB qualified supervisor, ensuring that any concerns identified are actioned immediately.
Climat Service team not only looks after the project following completion but have many contracts of their own from whole building office to specialised temperature controlled phararchtical facilities. Climat Service have an industry wide reknown reputation for response, excellent technical advise and close out.

With a strong background and experience in Mechanical Building Services Design, Research Engineering and R&D Management, Adam was a natural choice by the Climat Group to start up Climat Commercial.
Originally recruited to serve at an operational level undertaking estimation, design, engineering and project management activities, Adam’s position changed significantly as the business grew from 2 to 35 personnel. In the context of this rapid growth Adam thrived, transitioning into general management and responsible for the leading, planning, monitoring and control of all business activities.
A capable and precise mechanical engineer with 25 years experience in consulting, research & development and contracting roles, Adam provides a clear strategic focus on professionalism, quality and customer service for the business.
Sean Watson
Senior Mechanical Engineer
As Senior Mechanical Engineer, Sean undertakes conceptualisation, design, estimation, procurement and engineering in all their specialist guises. As leader of the ‘design and construct’ facet of the business, Sean’s expertise enables Climat Commercial to provide high-level recommendations in relation to concepts, feasibility studies, ESD studies and initiatives.
With around a decade of experience in consulting, Sean’s insightful advice, lateral thinking and creativity are the perfect compliment to Climat Commercial’s practical capabilities, ensuring the innovation that helps give us a design edge. His energy, professional drive and passion for up-skilling also help the business in its continued drive towards future technologies and solutions.
Ray Davey
Senior Project Manager
Ray is Senior Project Manager for Climat Commercial, and making use of his extensive experience concentrates on larger key projects. Ray’s role encompasses all aspects of project management including planning, design verification, financial, procurement, resources, OH&S, quality and customer service.
Ray is a deeply experienced professional with over 40 years in the construction industry as a sheet metal tradesman, Chief Drafter and project manager. His broad background, ranging from practical works to engineering, ideally equips him with the skills to serve as a complete project manager. Ray always strives for excellence in every aspect of project operations and has an impeccable record of exceeding customer and project objectives.
Paul Flowers
Service and Commissioning Team Leader
Paul leads the Service and Commissioning teams within Climat Commercial and has over 25 years experience in these fields.
As a NEBB qualified supervisor, Paul has an impressive record in commissioning and service including iconic projects within manufacturing facilities such as General Motors Holden, mines such as Roy Hill Mine and multi-storey offices such as the State Bank building. Attentive, efficient and always customer focused, whether the matter at hand is a commissioning issue or an emergency breakdown, Paul and his team apply a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude to delivering solutions with prompt efficiency.
