New aquatic centre including three pools, hydrotherapy area, amenities, reception, office and function areas.
Mechanical services included 100 percent outdoor air heat recovery AHU’s, heat pumps and hot water hydronic systems serving pools and AHU’s, VRV air conditioning, general ventilation and BMS. Pool applications require particular care and control to protect against corrosion and ensure building and wet areas were well sealed.
