Specialised manufacturing facility of 10000m2, including 6000m2 close temperature controlled area with redundancy, BMS monitoring and emergency alarming. General 2 storey office of 4000m2 served by packaged equipment and BMS control and monitoring.
Calvary Aged Care
200 bed aged care facility including commercial kitchen, common areas and residences. Equipment maintained includes VRV Air Conditioning, Outdoor Air Treatment, Kitchen Ventilation and Conditioning and whole of site BMS.
Fleurieu Acquatic Centre
Two community pools, hydro therapy pool, gym, function centre, kitchen and associated amenities. Mechanical services includes central heating plant serving pools and space areas, VRV air conditioning and general ventilation for other areas and associated BMS.

4 Storey Office Building of approximately 4000m2. Mechanical services include water cooled packaged equipment, associated cooling towers, boilers and Building Management System. Climat also provide whole of building facilities management including security, electrical, plumbing and building fitout works.

Extensive retail precinct including four major retailers, 70 specialty shops, malls and food courts. Services encompass smoke management, package equipment and specialised ventilation.
17 Storey Hotel of 300 suites, bar area, restaurant, function rooms and reception. Services maintained include all refrigeration equipment, VRV air conditioning, smoke control and building management system.

16 Storey premium apartment block, equipment maintained includes centralised VRV air conditioning, car park ventilation and stair pressurisation systems.
